FARGO, ND (KFGO AM) -- The Fargo Planning Commission has given initial approval to the development of 60 homes on the site of the former Cardinal Muench Seminary on 35th avenue northeast.
The meeting was packed with neighbors, many of them opposed to the Edgewood Estates Project on 89 acres that is now mostly open space along the Red River.
The planning commission must still approve a more detailed layout which then goes to the city commission and more public hearings before the project is a go.
