DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) - A Dickinson-based baking company is celebrating its 60th anniversary as a second-generation family business.

Baker Boy has grown from three employees when it was established in 1955 by Marvin Moos to more than 200 workers. His son Guy Moos took over the company when he died in 2004.

The products themselves also have changed in the past six decades. Al Dassinger, the company's research and development manager, says that products have adapted as ingredients, such as flour, and other factors have changed.

The company's 135,000 square-foot facility features a mixer made in Germany, a machine from Japan and an Italian-made oven.
