BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Fargo man accused of sending nude photos of himself to teen girls is facing two felony charges.
24-year-old Chancellor Miller has been charged with four counts of promoting obscenity to minors and one count of luring minors by computer.
Authorities say he sent photos of his genitals to a girl under the age of 16. Authorities say the girl told Miller her age before he sent the photos.
Court records state that a search of Miller's phone showed he interacted with other juveniles including three teens younger than 17, who told authorities they received naked photos of Miller, and in one case, a message asking for sex.
His bond was set at $15,000 cash.
