MOORHEAD (KFGO-AM) -- Moorhead Police want you to be aware of 2 high risk sex offenders moving to town.
A notification meeting about Phoebus Apollo, 35, and Allen Jamgochian, 28, will be held Monday at 7:00 pm at Concordia's Knutson Campus Center.
Apollo is moving to the 700 Block of 8th St. South. He was convicted of sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl and forcing her into prostitution.
Jamgochian is living in the 800 Block of 23rd Ave. South. He was convicted of forcing a victim into having sex.
