PERHAM, MINN. (KFGO-AM) - An Otter Tail County man is facing attempted murder and assault charges in connection with a shooting incident at a rural home near Lake Marion, southwest of Perham.
Jeffrey Schultes, 53, of rural Perham is accused of firing a .22 at a car, shattering a window. A 24-year old Perham man was cut by shattered glass. He suffered minor injuries. Investigators say the incident stemmed from a family argument.
Schultes was found a short distance from the scene, suffering mild hypothermia. He was taken to the Perham hospital before being booked into jail.
The incident happened Wednesday morning.
