EAST GRAND FORKS (KFGO-AM) -- An 18-year old Grand Forks woman who turned herself in late Friday is expected to appear in Polk County Court today on drug charges.
Jenna Stai was missing for more than a week. She turned herself in to East Grand Forks police and was transferred to the Tri-County Correctional Center in Crookston.
