FERGUS FALLS, MINN. (KFGO-AM) -- A Tennessee woman is facing charges of car theft and fleeing in Fergus Falls. Police say she stole an SUV from College Way Auto Mon. morning after taking a test drive with a salesman and led Fergus Falls officers, Otter Tail County deputies and state troopers on a high speed chase.
The woman's 13 year-old daughter was with her. The pursuit, which ended on Hwy. 210 west of Fergus Falls, reached speeds of more than 100mph.
Police say they later discovered that the 28 year-old woman, Latoya Lynn Wilson of Camden, Tenn., is wanted by the US Marshal's Service for a bank robbery in Tennessee.
The woman and her daughter were visiting relatives in western North Dakota when their car broke down near Fergus Falls.
