TIOGA, N.D. (AP) - Police in Tioga have been arrested two people on felony drug charges over allegations they sold methamphetamine near a school.
44-year-old Jeff Cox of Tioga and 52-year-old Sandy Austin of Minot are charged with delivery of meth and conspiracy to deliver meth.
Police say Cox sold meth to an undercover informant working for the Tioga department in November and Austin gave two baggies of meth to the informant.
The sale took place within 1,000 feet of Tioga's elementary school.
Each could get up to life in prison if convicted.
It wasn't immediately clear if they were represented by an attorney.
