FARGO (KFGO-AM) - if you're anywhere in Eastern North Dakota, Western and Northwest Minnesota this weekend, it's going to be wet. More rainfall is expected through monday. The highest rainfall will likely be over west central minnesota, along and southeast of a Park Rapids to Breckenridge line with total rainfall of 1 to 3 inches with locally heavier amounts.

Rainfall amounts through Saturday morning varied quite a bit. National Weather Sservice Meteorologist Dave Kallenbenz says Friday night, 2.6 inches was reported at Rollag in eastern Clay County. Niagra, west of Grand Forks reported 2 inches of rain. The gauge at KFGO picked up .05 inches. North Moorhead reported .07 inches.

Run-off from Friday night's rain closed a section of County Road 10 seven miles south of Hawley due to water over the road. Friday night thunderstorms also produced 60 mile per hour winds west of Fergus Falls.
