FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A Fargo woman has been charged with manslaughter in the death of her boyfriend. Olivia Anderson is charged in the March 7 death of 22 year-old Dyraughn Rutues.
An assistant Cass County state's attorney says Rutues jumped on the hood of a car during an argument with Anderson. He says he hung on for a block until Anderson slammed on the brakes. He fell off the hood and his head hit the pavement.
Anderson is also charged with giving false information to police for initally claiming that she didn't know what had happened to Rutues.
