FARGO (KFGO) -- Saul Phillips tenure at NDSU is officially over. The Bison head basketball coach is headed to Ohio University to take over one of the more succesful programs in the Mid-American Conference. Phillips led the Bison to their first NCAA tournament victory in 2014 over Oklahoma.
