Slick roads contribute to a lot of crashes

FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Authorities throughout the region were busy responding to crashes Wednesday and Thursday and strong winds and blowing snow polished road surfaces.  

State Troopers in MInnesota and North Dakota handled dozens of crashes.    Most involved drivers going too fast for conditions, or those using their cruise control on icy roads.     Troopers continue to ask drivers to slow down.
