FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- Senator John Hoeven visited Fargo to talk about his legislative goals in Washington.
The FM Chamber hosted the event for area business leaders.
The senator talked about his work on issues ranging from the budget, to energy policy and health care.
He also outlined his plans for the Farm Bill.
Hoeven says he wants to move the bill out of its conference committee and fast.
If congress does not reach a deal by January 1st, dairy subsidies will expire, sending milk prices higher.
