FARGO (KFGO-AM) A Fargo drug bust netted two pounds of marijuana, a small amount of LSD and several thousand dollars in cash. Police made 3 arrests when they conducted a search warrant Tuesday at an apartment in the 4900 block of 44th Avenue South.
The apartment resident, 20-year old Bejamin Miller, is charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of hallucinogens.
Lt. Joel Vettel says Miller and two others at the apartment, 20-year old William Grote of Fargo and 21-year old Daniel Nerud of Kasson, Minnesota all face misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Police estimate the pot has a street value of $4,000 to $5,000.
