OAKES, N.D. (KFGO-AM) -- The police chief in Oakes says his department has conducted interviews and gathered other information following the sudden resignation of High School Principal Don Warren.
Warren admitted to entering the home of a student without permission twice and grabbing the boy's arm in a classroom. He also told the student that he was going to rip his head off.
Police Chief Marke Roberts says he considers the investigation active and any decision to file charges against Warren will be left up to the Dickey County state's attorney.
