Section of Elm St. in north Fargo closed because of flooding

FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Rivers are on the rise due to all our recent rain.  

The Red River is out of it's banks in parts of north Fargo.  

Elm Street between 14th and 15th Aves. has been closed because there's water over the road.    That's usually the first area to go under water when the river is high.
