BARNESVILLE, MINN. (KFGO-AM) - Barnesville Fire Chief Mike Stetz says damp conditions likely prevented a smoldering fire from spreading and destroying the J & S Feed Mill.
Firefighters responded to the fire about 2 a.m. thursday where they found cinders burning on the main floor. Damage was kept to a minimum. Stets says they were concerned about an explosion because of a lot of dust inside the mill.
A deputy state marshal is being called in to try determine a cause.
