VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KFGO-AM) - A man was arrested Wednesday night after leading a state trooper on a brief pursuit on I-94 near Valley City.
Jason Anderson, 42, of Valley City refused to pull over for reckless driving. He eventually stopped on a ramp west of Valley City where he was taken into custody.
Anderson is facing charges of DUI, resisting arrest and fleeing. He was taken to the Jamestown State Hospital for evaluation.
