FARGO, N.D. -If you've passed by West Acres Mall, you may have noticed some new decorations.
Blue ribbons on the trees in front of the mall represent youth in foster care.
There are 203 foster care kids in southeast North Dakota.
The Red River Foster & Adopt Coalition is recognizing National Foster Care Month in hopes of increasing awareness.
The ribbons also represent the need for foster parents.
