FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A man was arrested after attacking a woman in downtown Fargo late Tuesday morning.
The call came in just after 11:30 a.m. to 123 Broadway. Police says the man grabbed a woman, forced her to the ground and tried to take her belongings. Her three children ages 4, 8 and 12 with with her. They were not hurt.
The man then fell over and was arrested by a police officer shortly after the robbery.
Charles Matthew Walker, 43, was arrested for strong armed robbery and possession of synthetic marijuana.
