FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- Main Avenue is one of the oldest roads in the metro and with extreme winter weather, potholes are inevitable.
Anyone who's traveled the stretch of Main Avenue from University to 25th street, can tell you it's anything but smooth.
The city says potholes, not just on Main but all over town, is an issue in the Winter and it's a year round job.
It costs $15 to $20-thousand each year just for cold mix to fill each hole and that's only a temporary fix.
