MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO-AM) - A Fargo woman was arrested after the SUV she was driving rolled along the Red River on the north side of the 12th and 15th Avenue Bridge between Fargo and Moorhead.
Neither the woman nor her male passenger were hurt. He's identified as Megan Hodgson of Fargo. She's facing a 4th degree DWI charge. Police say they believe Hodgson was under the influence of prescription medication or illegal drugs.
It happened shortly before 12:30 pm Monday. The SUV was heading west from Moorhead.
The crash took out several wooden posts that support a guardrail.
