DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (KNOX) -- Bond has been set at $1-million for a 25-year old Devils Lake man charged in the death of Ronald Foss of rural Viking, Minnesota.
Ray Littlewolf remains in jail in Devils Lake where he was arrested. He's asked for a public defender. The medical examiner determined that Foss had been beaten and stabbed. His body was found in his home near Viking last Tues. night.
Surveillance video showed Foss and Littlewolf together in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks prior to the discovery of his body.
