WARREN, MINN. (KFGO-AM) -- The criminal complaint reveals that a rural Viking man was beaten and stabbed to death in his home. The body of Ronald Foss, 64, was discovered late Tues. night.
A 25 year-old Devils Lake, N.D. man, Ray Littlewolf, has been charged with his murder. The complaint says Foss was killed last Saturday night and that he and Littlewolf had been seen together on business surveillance cameras in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks earlier in the day.
Littlewolf was arrested in Devils Lake where a pickup owned by Foss was recovered. It was left running and set on fire on the ice of the lake.
Littlewolf is charged with 2nd and 3rd degree murder and manslaughter.
