VIKING, MINN. (KFGO-AM) -- A man found murdered in his Viking, Minnesota home Tuesday night has been identified as Ronald Foss, 64.

Marshall County deputies discovered the body when they went to the house after co-workers reported he had failed to show up for work for two days at Digi-key in Thief River Falls. An autopsy was performed at the University of North Dakota but a cause of death has not been released.

Sheriff Jason Boman is asking for the public's help in finding foss's missing 1998 blue extended cab Chevrolet pickup with Minnesota license plates, 742HLK. It had a topper.

A neighbor says Foss was a mild mannered person who had recently moved back to the family farmstad. Viking is 16 miles northwest of Thief River Falls.
