FARGO (KFGO-AM) - A Moorhead woman is in the Cass County Jail after leading the Highway Patrol, Richland and Cass County Sheriff's deputies on a 30 mile chase up and down I-29 south of Fargo early Tuesday.
It started in Richland County when a deputy tried unsuccessfully to stop the southbound vehicle for dangerous driving. The driver eventually turned around and headed north.
Patrol Capt. Bryan Niewind says it took 2 spike boards to finally disable the vehicle and the driver was arrested.
Katherine Shelley, 24, is facing charges of driving under in the influence of drugs, fleeing and driving under suspension. She was also wanted on a Richland County warrant.
