FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- A former part-time employee of the Fargo Park District has pleaded not guilty to DUI following his arrest last month while driving a Zamboni ice-grooming machine.
A lawyer for 27 year-old Steven Anderson entered the plea on his behalf in Fargo Municipal Court.
Police say his blood-alcohol level was well over the legal limit for driving at .30. He was arrested at the South Sports Arena after a spectator reported that Anderson was driving erratically.
He'd been with the park district for about six years.
