MOORHEAD (KFGO-AM) -- A Moorhead man who was hit by a car on an interstate ramp in Moorhead early Mon. morning is in critical condition at Essentia Health in Fargo.
Tristan Dozier, 22, was struck on an 8th St. entrance ramp shortly after 5:30am.
The state patrol has not released any further information.
