MOORHEAD (KFGO-AM) Moorhead police say they've identified both the vehicle and the owner who were captured on surveillance video and say there's no link to the murder of NDSU student Tom Bearson.
The car was seen near where Bearson's body was discovered in the Moorhead Industrial Park around the time he disappeared last September. Police say they were able to track down the car and owner with help from the public after releasing the video earlier this week.
