WASHINGTON, D.C, (KFGO AM) -- Congressional Democrats and Republicans have a deal on a new Farm Bill that leaves most programs in place.

The deal announced Monday by Senate Agriculture Committee Chairwoman Debbie Stabenow and House Ag Chairman Frank Lucas couples a one-percent cut in the food stamp program with cuts in a few subsidies to producers.

The House is scheduled to vote on the deal tomorrow.
