FARGO (KFGO-AM) - Seven firms have submitted proposals to do a feasibility study analyzing options for re-purposing the Fargo Civic Center. The city commission wants to determine if the building could work as a multi-purpose performance hall.
Enterprise director Bruce Grubb says the task force will now trim the applicants to three or four and one will be hired by early March. He hopes the study on whether repurposing the 56-year old structure is feasible can be in the hands of the city commission by the end of the year.
The study will cost about $100,000.
