FARGO (KFGO-AM) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a Fargo sex offender after he failed to properly register his address. Police are looking for Daniel Patrick McDonell.
Investigators determined that McDonell intentionally misrepresented his address which violates his terms as a sex offender.
