FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- Lots of people lost control of their vehicles in white-out conditions and either hit the ditch or crashed into each other yesterday.
Several of the crashes were multi-vehicle pile-ups.
Six vehicles, including a sanding truck, were involved in a crash on the 12th avenue north bridge in Fargo that injured two people.
Eight vehicles collided on I-94 west of jamestown.
Two people were taken to the hospital following that crash.
14 vehicles slammed into each other in a pileup near Makoti, southwest of Minot.
Two semi's, an ambulance and fire truck were among the vehicles involved in that crash.
Four people were taken to a Minot hospital.
Near the Port of Entry at Pembina, a man was killed, when he got out of his vehicle, which had been in an accident to check on another driver, when he was hit by a semi.
