MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO AM) -- About three dozen people turned out in Moorhead last night to learn more about MNDOT's plans to reconstruct the I-94/8th street interchange.
That area sees major back-ups during morning and afternoon rush.
Several options are being considered, but MNDOT is leaning toward the $4 million diverging diamond plan, which is the cheapest and most efficient.
Construction will begin in the Spring of 2016.
