FARGO, ND (KFGO AM) -- Another round of rough weather looks set to pounce on the Red River Valley.

A "Blizzard Watch" is being posted for eastern North Dakota and northwest Minnesota, including the Fargo-Moorhead metro area.

The storm is expected to move from north to south with potential blizzard conditions--stong winds pushing light snow and blowing snow--creating white-out conditions.

The watch begins at three in the northern valley and northwest Minnesota.

It kicks in for the southern valley this evening and continues into the night.

KFGO Forecaster Terry Spies says an inch or two of snow is possible with this system.

And he says wind gusts could reach 50-miles an hour.

You are going to want to stay on top of changing weather conditions and stay tuned to KFGO and KFGO.com for the latest developments.
