An early morning traffic stop nets a wanted man and a lot of marijuana. A Cass County deputy arrested 34-year-old Brian Flem along I-94 around 3 a.m.The officer found over four pounds of marijuana in Flem's vehicle.He is also wanted in Morton County for failing to appear.Flem is being held on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
