A Fort Totten man who beat two boys and set their bedroom on fire in Fargo will not be getting out of prison anytime soon. Lyndon Greybear had appealed his conviction to the North Dakota Supreme Court saying he received ineffective counsel and claiming prosecutor misconduct.After a hearing, justices denied his appeal.He was sentenced to nine years in prison.The four- and six-year-old boys were seriously injured.
