FARGO (KFGO-AM) - Two Fargo women are the lead plaintiffs in a class-action data breach lawsuit against Target Corp.
A complaint filed in federal court says Alissa Farol and Frances Lundblad used credit or debit cards at the Fargo Target store between November 27th and December 15th.
Fargo attorney Todd Miller tells KFGO News says the case could potentially include every Target shopper in North Dakota.
The lawsuit seeks $5 million in damages. Miller says he expects the claims to add up fast--and says that figure will be reached "quite quickly".
Target has apologized for the data breach, which the company says affected 110 million customers.
