FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Police are investigating a reported robbery at Happy Joe's, a pizza restaurant at 3132 no. Broadway. It was reported about 11:15am Thurs. Lt. Joel Vettel says a white male entered the restaurant and claimed that he had a gun, although no weapon was shown. He got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
The robber had a thin build. He was wearing baggie blue jeans, a navy blue sweatshirt and a blue bandana. He ran out of the business.
A police K-9 attempted to track the robber. Officers, who established a perimeter, are also checking with nearby businesses to determine whether any of them have security video systems that may be used to help identify a suspect or possible vehicle.
