A Fargo man is in jail after trying to rob Meineke Car Care Center but was stopped when the manager pulled out his gun.
32-year-old Eugene Fredrick Quinnett walked into the shop on 13th Avenue and started reaching around the counter when the manager began to question him.
Quinnett demanded money and said he had a gun but that's when the manager grabbed his own gun and told Quinnett to get on the ground.
Quinnett bolted out of the shop where police found him at a local motel Police set up a perimeter to catch him.
He faces robbery charges and a previous warrant for trespassing.
Police are still investigating and are not sure if he's linked to any other recent robberies.
