Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Bismarck police are searching for a man who allegedly assaulted five people in a mobile home, at least one of whom was attacked with a baseball bat.
Authorities issued a search warrant for 57-year-old Richard Gourneau Sr. On Wednesday, after he allegedly sent two adults and three juveniles to the hospital. Police say Gourneau is the ex-boyfriend of one of the victims.
Gourneau faces aggravated assault and simple assault charges. He could face more than 20 years in prison if caught and convicted. Court documents don't list an attorney for him.
