Minot, N.D. (AP) A woman says she will plead guilty in a 2012 vehicle-pedestrian accident that killed two people on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation.
Sheila Morin is charged in federal court with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. She is facing eight years in prison.
Authorities say Morin was drunk when she caused the accident that killed 41-year-old Jennifer Crissler and 30-year-old Lacey Delorme.
A sentencing date has not been scheduled.
