HARWOOD (KFGO-AM) -- Fire gutted a home near Harwood Monday afternoon.
Firefighters spent about six hours on the scene at 6401 64th Ave. N. Not long after they arrived, fire burned through the floor and got into the roof. Crews were at a standstill for a time after running out of water. Asst. West Fargo Fire Chief Dell Sprecher said "we had to shuttle water from Argusville. Just one of those stubborn fires that's tough to get to."
The cause is still under investigation.
