WEST FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) -- West Fargo police arrested a man after they say he assaulted his wife and bit off a chunk of a taxi driver's nose.
Police say Dominique Martinez, 22, of West Fargo, began assaulting his wife during a cab ride home. They say he assaulted the taxi driver and bit off a portion of his nose after the driver called 911.
Both victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Martinez is facing charges of aggravated domestic assault, aggravated assault, preventing arrest and interfering with a 911 call.
