FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Three people were arrested this Thurs. afternoon for pointing a toy gun out of the window of a moving car in so. Fargo. They were arrested by state troopers at gunpoint at 13th Ave. and 34th St.
Highway Patrol Sgt. Luke Hendrickson says he was having lunch when he saw the car go by. He says the gun was a toy that resembled an assault rifle.
The orange tip that was on the gun when it was purchased had been painted black.
Charges against the three, two juveniles and an adult from the Fargo area, are pending.
