MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO-AM) - More charges have been filed in connection with a wild police chase on Moorhead's Village Green golf course.
Twenty-two-year-old Nickolas Baumbach was a passenger in a car that was being driven by Kendall Feist. Court documents say Baumbach told a confidential police informant that during the chase, the men threw methamphetamine out of the car, which landed in different spots and backyards along the golf course.
Baumbach said he later went back to the golf course and was able to recover some of the drugs.
The chase ended at West Acres Shopping Center in Fargo, where Feist was found hiding in a dumpster.
Baumbach is charged with felony sale of narcotics.
An internal review of the chase by the Moorhead Police Dept. remains open.
