Bismarck, N.D. (AP) A Garrison man accused of leading McLean County sheriff's deputies on a three-hour chase has pleaded not guilty to 11 charges.
25-year-old Robert Painte pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges that include driving under the influence, criminal mischief and theft.
Painte is accused of fleeing from deputies during a traffic stop on Oct. 11, as the officers were preparing to arrest him.
He eventually was arrested at a relative's residence after an officer subdued him with a stun gun.
