Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Some motorists are finding it difficult to maneuver around a $13 million parking ramp that opened in downtown Bismarck this month.
Rocky Gordon with the city's parking authority says that there have been 10 accidents in three weeks. He says some drivers are having a tough time seeing concrete barriers when they turn into different sections of the ramp.
Parking Authority Chairman Jim Christianson says officials have painted the barriers yellow and plan to add fluorescent flags.
The ramp has 300 spots for Sanford Health staff, 125 for city employees and about 90 for the public. They rent on a monthly basis.
