ST.PAUL, MINN. (KFGO-AM) -- A suspect in a north Moorhead drive-by shooting last month has been arrested in St. Paul.
Juan "Frankie" Martinez, 25, of Ada was considered armed and dangerous. He was captured when he tried to run from police. He's facing drug charges and being a felon in possession of a firearm and is being held in the Ramsey County Jail.
Matinez is facing an attempted murder charge in Clay County. He's accused of shooting at an S-U-V September 28th. The gunfire hit the truck and nearly struck the driver. Police have not said what the motive was.
