Fargo, N.D. (AP) Fargo leaders are heading from North Dakota's largest city to Winnipeg and Grand Forks to study riverfront development projects.
The trip will include tours of a diversion project and riverfront area in Winnipeg known as The Forks. The group plans to look at the Greenway Project in Grand Forks that was built after the 1997 flood that wiped out most of the city.
The bus is scheduled to leave Fargo Monday morning.
